Firefox Extension Setup

Installation:

Step 1

Visit https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/vpn99/

Step 2

Once you get to the VPN99 page, simply hit the "Add to Firefox" icon.

Step 3

Allow the extension installation by pressing Add.

If the sub window does not prompt automatically, kindly click the "Extensions" icon on the top-right corner of your screen and click "Add" the VPN99 extension. Then, please "Allow" the extension to run in Private Windows.

Step 4

Go back to the "Extensions" icon on the top-right corner of your screen and open your VPN99 extension and enable permissions.

Step 5

You're all set ! Once again go back to the "Extensions" icon on the top-right corner of your screen and open your VPN99 extension and key in your credentials (user name and password).

Now - Simply click on the 'Power' button to establish a connection!

In addition, you can select different servers by clicking on the flag, or enable Stealth Mode and switch the connection to TCP port 443 in order to go under simple firewalls.

IMPORTANT - You must Allow the extension to 'Run in Private Windows' for it to function well. You can verify the setting by typing about:addons to the Firefox URL bar.
